Services

Three disciplines.
One standard.

Every engagement is judged the same way: did it reach production, and can the organization defend the decision afterwards? Everything below is in service of those two questions.

01

AI Strategy & Governance

Most AI initiatives do not fail on the model. They fail because nobody decided who owns the output, what happens when it is wrong, or how the organization proves the decision was reasonable afterwards.

We design AI adoption for environments where those questions get asked early and answered in writing — regulated, constrained, publicly accountable, or simply careful.

Typically Includes

  • AI readiness and opportunity assessment
  • Governance framework and accountability model
  • Pilot design built to reach production
  • Risk classification and control design
  • Procurement and vendor evaluation support
  • Executive and board-level briefing material
02

Digital Marketing & Discovery

Search is splitting in two. Traditional engines still matter, and an increasing share of buyers now ask an AI assistant instead — which surfaces entirely different sources.

We build for both: conventional search optimisation alongside generative engine optimisation, so an organization is found by the people looking today and the ones asking differently tomorrow.

Typically Includes

  • Search engine optimisation
  • AI search and generative engine optimisation
  • Website performance, experience and conversion
  • Acquisition and retention systems
  • Marketing automation that runs without staff time
  • Measurement that reports outcomes, not activity
03

IT Consulting & Modernization

Enterprise architecture, modernization roadmaps and process automation — sequenced around the systems that cannot be interrupted, and documented so the organization owns the reasoning rather than a finished artefact nobody can maintain.

This is the work thirty years was spent on. It is also the work that makes the other two disciplines survivable.

Typically Includes

  • Target-state architecture and roadmap
  • Legacy modernization sequencing
  • Process automation and operational efficiency
  • Cloud architecture and migration planning
  • Security, compliance and control alignment
  • Collaboration platform design and adoption

“Evidence before recommendation. Document the decision, not just the outcome. Plan the reversal before the change.”

How Engagements Run

Four stages, in this order

The conversation

Thirty minutes. You describe what you are facing. We tell you honestly whether this is something we should take on — and if it is not, we say so.

Assessment

A short, fixed-scope engagement that establishes the facts. Every claim labelled Verified, Estimated, Assumption or Unknown. You own the findings whether or not the work continues.

The plan

Sequenced, costed and defensible — written so the person holding the budget can present it without you in the room.

Delivery or handover

We deliver it, or we hand it to your team with the documentation to execute it. Both are legitimate outcomes. Only one of them is good for us, and that is not how we decide.

Ways to Work Together

Three shapes, depending on where you are

Fixed scope

Assessment

A defined question answered properly. Readiness, architecture review, governance gap, or a plan you want pressure-tested before committing budget.

Programme

Delivery

An initiative taken from decision through to production, with the documentation and rollback discipline that makes it maintainable afterwards.

Ongoing

Advisory

Standing access to a senior perspective — for leaders who need someone to think with before decisions are made rather than after.

Plainly

What we do not do

Being clear about this saves everyone time.

  • Staff augmentation or body-shopping
  • Implementation of a decision we think is wrong
  • Proprietary frameworks invented to look distinctive
  • Engagements that require us to stay indefinitely
  • Work we are not genuinely the right firm for

Let’s Talk

Start with the conversation. It is free, and it is honest.

Thirty minutes. No preparation, no presentation, no obligation.
