What Happens Next

So there are no surprises

You pick a time

Thirty minutes, on Teams. You will get a calendar invitation with the link immediately.

A short note beforehand

A reminder the day before, suggesting you come with the specific decision you are weighing. That is the only preparation that helps.

The conversation

No deck, no discovery script. You describe the situation, we ask the questions that matter, and you get a straight answer about whether we are the right firm.

A written follow-up

Within a day, a short note restating what we heard and what we would suggest — including, when it applies, that you do not need to hire anyone.

Practical

Response time. Enquiries are answered within one business day, usually sooner.

Where we work. Remote by default, onsite where the work genuinely requires it. Clients across the United States.

Languages. English and Spanish, conducted natively in either — not translated afterwards.

A Note on Confidentiality

Say as much or as little as you like

Early conversations often touch things that are not public yet. You are welcome to keep the description general — we can usually tell whether we can help without the specifics.

If it would help to have an NDA in place before you say more, send one and we will sign it. That is a perfectly normal way to begin.

One Step

Thirty minutes. No pitch.

The worst outcome is that you get a clear answer and we part on good terms.
